4.3 You must notify pko7 support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised use of your Account or any security breach affecting your credentials.
4.4 pko7 Accounts are personal to the registered User and may not be transferred to, sold to, or used by any other person.
5.1 All deposits and withdrawals on pko7 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). pko7 accepts payments via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, and any other payment methods listed in your Account dashboard from time to time.
5.2 Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within the pko7 Account cashier section. These limits are subject to change without advance notice.
5.3 Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the pko7 Account. pko7 reserves the right to request verification of payment method ownership before processing any withdrawal.
5.4 Deposits made as part of a bonus offer may be subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted. All applicable wagering requirements will be displayed clearly at the time the bonus is offered.
5.5 pko7 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms, pending investigation.

6.2 pko7 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, at incorrect odds, or where there is evidence of system malfunction, data feed error, or where the outcome of the event was known at the time the bet was placed.
6.3 All casino and slot game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) for digital games, and by physical randomness for live dealer games. pko7 does not manipulate game outcomes.
6.4 In the event of a technical failure or disconnection during a live casino session, the rules of the relevant game provider shall apply to determine the outcome of any affected round.

10.2 pko7 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or Services, including loss of winnings due to technical failure, interruption of service, or any other cause.
10.3 pko7's total liability to you in respect of any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your pko7 Account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.1 pko7 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including in circumstances of suspected fraud, breach of these Terms, non-compliance with verification requirements, or any activity that pko7 deems harmful to the integrity of the Platform.
11.2 You may close your pko7 Account at any time by contacting pko7 support. Upon closure, any remaining balance (subject to verification and satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method.
11.3 Termination of your Account does not affect any rights or obligations that have accrued prior to the date of termination.
